Patients, local residents and communities are key to the success of any redevelopment of the health centre. 

Thank you to all of those who took part in our pre-application consultation on the plans for the future of Chiswick Health Centre. The plans were submitted to Hounslow Council in February 2021 and are now due to be determined at their Planning Committee meeting scheduled for 31st March. We will update this website with further information as appropriate.
