A new, improved Chiswick Health Centre, opening 31 March 2025

After two years of construction, we are delighted that the new centre will be opening on 31 March 2025.

Patients from the following three practices (that moved out) will be contacted with details and exact date ahead of the move:

About the project:

It’s not just a new modern health and wellbeing centre the *collaborative project also includes 55 affordable homes for NHS keyworkers.

The new centre is modern, accessible and comfortable to provide the best experience for patients and staff.

This is a healthcare led project responding to increased demand. The London Borough of Hounslow is experiencing an increase in the demand for health and social care services due to the increase in population and ageing population.

* North West London Integrated Care System and NHS Property Services have worked in partnership with London Borough of Hounslow.

The new centre will have:

• Modern, fit for purpose Health Centre

• Improved public spaces in surrounding area

• Much needed new homes

• Attractive frontage to Fisher’s Lane

• Space to support local community activities and services

The centre will provide a broader range of GP services, including community and mental health services. Each floor of the health centre has been designed with these priorities in mind and the addition of outdoor spaces including a courtyard for users and a generous roof terrace for staff will provide valuable opportunities for outdoor relaxation and breaks.
